Purview of the Council:

1) Provides for ensuring and improving the quality of upbringing activities of the institution;
2) Proposes and monitors realization of the program of the upbringing activities;
3) Evaluates the results of the work of the educators/counselors and specialized contributors;
4) Monitors and determines the results of the work of the pupils;
5) Commends and awards pupils;
6) Brings decisions according to the complaints on decisions of the disciplinary commission;
7) Solves other professional issues related to the upbringing activities.
